If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days (UK orders) please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence.
Free delivery on all orders over £20. This will be sent by Evri (Hermes). 2-4 Working days.
Standard Delivery £2.99 - Sent via Evri (Hermes). 2-4 Working days
Express Delivery £4.99 - Sent via Evri (Hermes). 1-3 Working days
Express Delivery £5.99 - Sent via DPD 1-3 Working days
Delivery costs will be calculated once you have entered your address details or logged into your account.
The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery.
